In addition, we prepare expert reports in the fields of nature conservation and landscape ecology as well as provide environmental support for construction projects.
Danube monitoring at the Irsching power plant site
E.ON Kraftwerke GmbH has expanded the existing power plant at the Irsching site in the municipality of Vohburg. Since 2006, two new power plants have been built on the site, two old power plant units have been decommissioned, and one unit has been used as demand required. Monitoring of possible ecological impacts of the use of the Danube for cooling purposes was included in the permit notices for the construction and operation of units 4 and 5 as part of a risk management program.
Climate protection subconcept for mobility in the Neu-Ulm district
The district of Neu-Ulm published an integrated climate protection concept in 2013. In cooperation with other planners and mobility experts, PSU was involved in the creation of the climate protection sub-concept for mobility.
